We begin processing orders as soon as we receive them, we aim to despatch our orders either the same day or next working day.
Unlike most sellers who charge the same shipping rate per item regardless of whether you are buying one or one hundred pieces, The Summer of Love shipping rates are banded dependant upon total order weight, this means that the more pieces that you buy the cheaper the shipping per piece.
All our orders are tracked we will email you your tracking number so that you can follow your order. If there is any problem with your order such as an item being out of stock we will email you and let you know and give you options.
Shipping Services
We offer the following shipping services;
United Kingdom
Shipping starts at 99p and we offer free standard shipping on orders over £75
Special Delivery, guarenteed delivery by next day 1pm*
Express UK Shipping is by Royal Mail 24 and should arrive the day after we send it, however this is not guarenteed
Standard UK Shipping is by Royal Mail 48 and takes 2 - 3 days
Larger Items are sent by courier and may take 4- 5 days
Special Delivery orders must be received before 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2pm or at weekends or bank holidays will be sent the following working day. Special Delivery Orders received on a Friday will be delivered before 1pm on Monday ( Tuesday if the Monday is a Bank Holiday)
International
Europe & North America International Tracked and Signed for usually takes 5 - 7 working days
Rest Of the World International Tracked and Signed for usually takes 7 - 10 working days
